Second year field trip

Sunny southern Spain here I come! It’s that time of the year where second year physical geographers will be travelling to Almeria. We will be spending a whole week in Spain away from the busy university life. However, don’t be fooled as we will be working very hard and thinking our dissertation.

It’s only 24 hours before we fly off and I am not even ready. I have not even started packing let alone, got a lock for my suitcase. The beauty of living in the city centre, High Cross is on my door step. Everybody forgets the smallest things whilst preparing to go away such as taking enough socks or some plasters. Normally I have my mum telling me what to do and bring the smallest things. As an independent young woman, I am literally leaving everything to the last minute (even my money), I know I know, it’s not a good thing.

Anyways guys, I best go and start packing my suitcase and let’s hope I don’t forget my passport!
