Dissertation: The Beginning

Hey y’all. So my dissertation has kicked off. I’ve chosen a question, found some things to read and a plan is slowly coming together.

Thankfully I’ve been able to worm my way in to doing a question on Breaking Bad. Which, I might add, is by far the best TV programme. I don’t care if you’re a disciple of Game Of Thrones or even a Walking Dead addict Breaking Bad has it all and is by far superior.

So yeah I’ve got to have a plan finished for two weeks time which is manageable enough. But then I’ve got to prepare for my presentation that counts for 10% of the overall dissertation mark. Even though this takes place in January it still feels so soon. On the bright side though it is about Breaking Bad which I could talk about for hours and hours on end which makes me feel better about it. Then comes the actual writing bit which is going to be a killer. In a way I’m kind of looking forward to it. I’m looking forward to creating a substantial piece of work that actually looks official rather than just a few bits of A4 paper being held together with a cheeky staple.

I’ll keep you updated to let you know how its going and the inevitable stumbling blocks that I’m going to encounter.
