Trump is finally president!!! And I know everyone is all doom and gloom, but I’m actually very excited. Not because I’m a supporter of trump (hell no!!!), but because I’m intrigued at how big of a disappointment he is going to be for all those who supported and voted for him. There are only 2 ways in which Trump’s presidency will go down, and both ways lead to the same road, his failure.
Trump now has control of everything, he is the president, the republicans control the house and the senate, they control 32 state legislators and 33 state governors, which means he has NO excuses for not doing what he says he going to do. And knowing Trump and the kind of business man he is (one that has been bankrupt multiple times), he is going to screw up the American economy and make America weak.
Scenario 1 – And all his promises, building a wall, imprisoning Hillary Clinton, deporting Mexicans and Muslims are going to be forgotten (by him). Trump is not going to do anything he said he would do, and that will make his far-right already angry supporters furious and violent, but this time it will be towards him. And honestly, I am excited to see this. In the end, he is going to be just like any other politician, failing to deliver on his campaign promises, except for him, it will piss off the wrong people.
Scenario 2 – On the other hand, if he does actually do everything he says he will, there will be a revolution (at least mass protests). After the woman’s march yesterday, my faith in the human population has been restored. Therefore, I know if he is the racist, homophobic, misogynistic, xenophobic, islamophobia (and so much more) that he campaigned to be, America (and the world) will fight him at every corner.
Both scenarios lead to the end of Trump, and I am so excited to see which path his downfall will take.
