A Levels

A subject I am sure is high in all your minds is tomorrows results day. The best of luck to everyone tomorrow.

Don’t forget you can get ahead of the game by checking your UCAS site BEFORE you go to get your results.

The Universities will already have either accepted or declined and this will be on your page. It makes you a little more prepared for what comes out of the envelope either way.

Congratulations to all of those who did/will do as you want, and commiserations to those who didn’t. If you didn’t get what you wanted, I know it may not seem like it but it is not the end of the world.

For those that didn’t get what they wanted.

1. Try calling your University Department admissions office for advice.

2. Look at the lists for clearing.

3. If neither of these works out, you could think about a resit, a remark, a gap year or a change of University or course depending on your personal preference.

4. Don’t forget to celebrate too. There is no harm in having a break. You have all earned it, regardless of what you got!
