Last week I sat my last ever exam as an undergraduate student. This gave me mixed feelings, whilst I’m relieved that I don’t have to go through the stress of sitting exams again, it means that I’m one step closer to finishing my degree and being released into the real world.
The way my module selection for this year worked out means that this semester I don’t have any lectures and don’t have any exams in the summer. However this doesn’t mean that I’ve got nothing to do for the rest of the year, I have to write my independent research project which is worth 50% of my marks for this year. After a busy first semester with juggling my project alongside other modules, I’m looking forward to dedicating all of my time to working on my project. It might be a bit challenging staying motivated with no contact time, but I’m sure I’ll be able to cope once I get my teeth into my project.
I’m also enjoying winding up my housemates who still have lectures and exams for the rest of the year!
