So as there are not any Postgraduate (PG) (see what I did there) History bloggers, I thought I would take a quick break from explaining about Undergraduate study and talk about PG Study.
Any dedicated History blog fans may remember my fellow blogger of years gone by Tom, who after graduating went on to study for a Masters, and informed me on Wednesday that he just set off his PHD applications. So if you are like him and what to continue studying there are a few things you may want to know. Even if you are not sure whether you could be interested in studying a PG course I would strongly recommend making a trip to the PG open evening to try and grasp whether PG study is for you. Even if you are not sure it maybe able to help you answer whether it is the right thing for you, especially as History at UoL has a range of different courses that you may find interesting/different.
If you are like me and you love History studying it as a PG student allows you to go into more detail and develop your own research skills and interests. There are a range of different courses you can take and within them there are numerous module choices so you are sure to find things you want to study. All of the courses allow you to get more depth on topics of your choice, and like everything when studying History at UoL you are sure to be supported throughout.
