So today is the day that the board of examiners meet to discuss degree results from the School of Historical Studies! I’m currently a ball of nerves, checking my emails and the student portal over and over again. But I’m also quite excited to find out the product of three years of hard work!
I’ve been trying to keep my mind off my results but that hasn’t really been too successful. I ended up starting my postgraduate loan application with student finance, but it’s a much shorter process than for undergraduate loans, so that didn’t really work!
Watching Wimbledon has helped to distract me a bit, but I’m still hovering by my computer. On a completely unrelated note, I actually went to Wimbledon on Sunday to queue up for the first day of the tournament and managed to get tickets for court one! It’s an amazing experience and one I’d definitely recommend.
Anyway, back to actual University related stuff (oops!), I should receive my final results sometime in the next few hours if everything goes according to plan. So I’ll be sure to let you all know how I’ve done and what this means for my postgraduate course as soon as I know myself.
Wish me good luck please!!!
