I’ve spent today drinking £1 smoothies, chatting about mental health, and eating free brownies. I decided to forgo the Tai Chi and do yoga in my room instead, but apart from that I’m getting into the swing of the uni’s wellbeing week. The point of this is that every part of the uni that aims to improve people’s health and happiness in some way has a chance to showcase itself – it’s basically the stuff that goes on all the time, but condensed into one week. There are loads of events, and it happily coincides with Eating Disorders Awareness Week.
