Having been studying at the University of Leicester for the past 3 years, it is a common occurrence to see every February, students anxiously looking at their smartphones and incessantly pressing the refresh key for their email list.
Why you may ask? Well, unlike A-levels and other qualifications that students have come across before their University years, University results in January are usually released 14 days after the exam or submission of the assignment.
Over the past week, I have been one of those students wondering whether the latest buzz from my phone will mean I will find out whether the weeks of working on two essays was well and truly worth it. What I am happy to announce is that the hard work did pay off! 😀
The waiting game, however, is not really that enjoyable so take a look at a previous post I did about How to Prepare for Results Day for some advice on what you can do in preparation for the big Results day in Summer!
