A little about me

Hi, I thought that I would devote this post to introducing myself a little. I was born and raised in two small islands in the Caribbean called Trinidad and Tobago. Trinidad and Tobago are two islands just off the cost of Venezuela. They are beautiful islands rich with culture and entertainment and I can’t imagine living any other place but my paradise.

Just a little taste of Trinidad

I’m a mass communications postgraduate student hoping to specialize in media, communications and advertising. Currently, I’m really hoping to break into my field. I’m so excited just thinking about getting a job in an advertising company or the corporate communications department of an organization and working together with other staff members towards a common goal. This would present an opportunity to show them just what I can do, how much I’ve learnt and just how skilled I am. Unfortunately, with a very saturated job market it is proving to be difficult and seeming more and more like a dream.

I have a strong desire to prove myself and show what I can do and this drives me to always work hard. I am ambitious and dedicated and I will continue to fight to be where I want to be and do what I want to do.

Between school and work a lot of my time has been occupied, but I do hope that in 2014 I can join a few non-profit organizations and help where ever and whenever possible. I’m definitely excited about joining organisations which will allow me to help both the needy and sick as well as animals as I’m truly passionate about helping others and I also absolutely love animals.

Usually, whenever I have some time on my hands I love to go to the gym and workout or go out with friends. But, I truly have a passion for painting, drawing and art in general and I look forward to always enhancing my artistic ability and skill.

So, this is just a short overview about me so you all have a better idea of who is writing.
