Thought I’d update you on where I’m up to on my project.
The project is actually getting quite close to the end. It took a very long time and many attempts, but I finally got the plot for the wormhole to work. Here it is:
Me and my pair project partner spend a very long time frustrated that we couldn’t get this plot to work; the top and the bottom just wouldn’t meet. Luckily, with some help from our superviser we were eventually able to create the plot. In just over a week I should doing my presentation about the project. The presentation is worth 20% of the pair project marks, and it’s a bit daunting because I’m not as prepared as I would like to be. However, over the weekend I plan to just focus on the presentation and I think if I do that I should be prepared. Once that’s over I’d better start worrying about the report that is worth 50% due at the end of April. Oh and there’s revision… Better get back to it!
I would also like to pay my respects to Professor Stephen Hawking who passed away recently. Through his books and revolutionary work in Physics he was truly inspirational to me.
“Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the Universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. It matters that you don’t just give up.”
