Just come back from a little holiday in Dorset with my boyfriend. I love London but sometimes it’s really refreshing to get out, smell the country air, see the sea. Also nice to come home and find some new Asos clothes that I bought just before I went away, when I decided to have an online shopping spree:P
Still have over a month before uni starts again. Not quite sure what to do with myself as many of my friends are starting uni again really soon and my best friend is heading off to Slovakia on an erasmus scheme for a term. Going to miss her! So yeah, in the next few weeks I will be doing some reading ( perhaps trying to include some books that relate to the modules I will be looking at next term). I am also going to try and go to the gym a lot and also sign up for the uni gym for next year which is 20 pounds cheaper if you buy online before 7th of October (http://www2.le.ac.uk/offices/sports/membership/student) and well, every little helps! I’m also supposed to be going away for a couple of days with my dad at some point in September to do some long country walks and play tennis. I think he wants to have some father-daughter bonding time haha. The most exciting thing to look forward to, however, is Hungary which I am going to with friends for four days. Keeping my fingers tightly crossed that it will be sunny!
Tonight am having a meal and drinks with a few friends with August/September birthdays as we rarely have time where we are all in London to celebrate us getting another year older. Still trying to work out what to do for my 21st when so many people are away :/ However, I think most of the celebrating for that will be in Hungary as will be there 11th-15th and my birthday is on the 16th 🙂
Anyway, hope you are all enjoying your summers! Take care, Joanna
