We distance learners don’t get to enjoy the fun of Fresher’s Week, but we can take our course with us on our travels anywhere around the world. I’ve just returned home from a few days in Cyprus, where I’m fairly certain that the weather was nicer than it was in Leicester! My holiday also explains my absence from here for the last couple of weeks (well, that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it).
As well as sitting by the pool at the same time as making copious notes for my current assignment on Training and Development (proof below), I also got the chance to visit the remains of the Greek city of Kourion, set on the top of a cliff overlooking the glorious Episkopi Bay.
Cyprus, and Kourion in particular, is a marvellous place to visit.
