Its been a long time since I last sat in a lecture theatre but from tomorrow, the grind of second year begins. From tomorrow all my assessments start to count towards my degree, now this is a scary thought. But I am looking forward to getting back to university and seeing my amazing course mates!
To all the freshers who have just enjoyed a week of partying and the introductory lectures, reality hits from tomorrow. Enjoy it though and don’t forget to always ask for help if you need it! There is also a peer mentoring scheme where you’ll be buddied up with a second or third year student on the same course as you, and they will become that ‘friendly’ face.
