As my year in Copenhagen draws to a close, I find myself taking some time to admire the city and to reflect. Last night, I went on a bike ride and I took some pictures of the sunset.
One of my favourite things about Copenhagen is the size of the city. It has a vibrant buzz of people, but it doesn’t feel claustrophobic.
I enjoy having the freedom to cycle around the city. I’m sure that I will miss this in the future.
This year has flown past. My studies here are almost over and I only have one more exam in a few days. I have about a month left in Copenhagen. I’ve already seen one of my friends off at the airport, and others will be leaving over the coming weeks.
Looking back on my year so far, I’ve had a great experience. To appreciate another culture, to learn new things and to meet different people are some of the best parts of life. But I’m not getting too sentimental just yet. I still have some time left here and I’ll do my best to make the most of it.
